Absolutely brilliant when I had my appointment didn't have to wait. Which is rare in any clinic. Also the place is spotless. And Joanne listened to my problems didn't rush me gave me an injection in my shoulder and it's been great. So as far as going the doctors and waiting for months and months highly recommend this place 5 star from me 👍👍👍👍

Wow what can I say I went for some aesthetic treatments and they delivered the clinic is set in an ideal location easy to get to from the m58 straight road to the clinic free parking. The clinic was bright and so clean you could eat off any surface the clinician I had was reassuring so friendly knowledgeable about the products and procedure and explained everything so I understood. And they are all registered health professions so that is reassuring too...So much so I booked 3 more treatments ! Definitely a must go to clinic you won't be disappointed they offer so much and such a reasonable price

I came to Promed because I couldn't get...I came to Promed because I couldn't get an appointment at my doctors for over a week. I walked strait in after work was greeted by the friendliest and very professional staff had a consultation and a full set off bloods done and went on my way. Got my results a few days later had everything explained to me in great detail couldn't be happier with my experience

I saw Jess at the clinic for phlebotomy services and managed to skip the NHS wait times by almost 3 weeks! Jess is so friendly and welcoming, and makes what could be an intimidating process feel like a fun day out. The clinic itself is spotless and manages to maintain a professional, clinical environment without being daunting and overwhelming. The booking process was extremely straight forward and simple and I couldn't fault my experience at Promed! Thank you
