We’ve updated our booking policy to help us protect appointment time and keep our clinic schedule running efficiently. Payment is required on the day of booking for all services to secure your appointment. Unpaid bookings are not confirmed and may be released.
We kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedule requests are made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
For treatments, if you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, we’re unable to offer a refund. This is because we order products and prescriptions specifically for each patient.
In these cases, we will be happy to move your appointment to the next available date/time.
Payment Options:
To help keep our treatment prices as low as possible, we kindly ask patients to consider fee‑free payment options.
For payments over £100:
Bank transfer (preferred): No fee
Cash (in clinic): No fee (cash payments must still be paid upfront to confirm your booking)
Card (in person or by phone): +2.5% processing fee
Klarna/Clearpay: +6% processing fee
These fees reflect the charges applied by payment providers. Choosing bank transfer or cash helps us keep costs down and avoid raising prices for procedures and appointments. Thank you for your understanding and support.
