Promed Wallet is a simple prepaid clinic account that allows you to build a balance towards future treatments and services.

Choose an affordable monthly amount, and we will add each payment to your personal Promed Wallet.

There are:

• No credit checks
• No loans
• No interest
• No borrowing
• No finance agreement

You are simply paying money into your Promed account in advance.

How It Works

1. Choose Your Monthly Amount

Direct Debit payments start from £25 per month.

You may choose:

• £25 per month
• £50 per month
• £75 per month
• £100 per month
• £150 per month
• £200 per month
• Another agreed amount

2. Build Your Promed Balance

Each successful payment is added to your personal Promed Wallet.

For example, by paying £50 per month:

• After one month, your balance is £50
• After three months, your balance is £150
• After six months, your balance is £300
• After twelve months, your balance is £600—plus any applicable Promed Reward Credit

3. Use Your Balance

Your available balance may be used as full or part payment for eligible treatments and services at Promed Health & Derma.

Appointments remain subject to consultation, clinical suitability and availability.

Promed Reward Credit

As a thank-you for paying regularly into your Promed Wallet, we will add:

£5 Promed Reward Credit for every £200 paid in

Examples:

• Pay in £200 and receive £5 Reward Credit
• Pay in £400 and receive £10 Reward Credit
• Pay in £600 and receive £15 Reward Credit
• Pay in £1,000 and receive £25 Reward Credit

Reward Credit is added automatically once each complete £200 contribution threshold has been reached.

Partial amounts carry forward towards the next £200 threshold.

Where You Can Use Your Wallet?

Your Promed Wallet may be used towards eligible services, including:

• Skin treatments
• Laser treatments
• Injectable aesthetic treatments
• Private GP consultations
• Blood tests
• Men's and women's health services
• Health and wellbeing programmes
• Other eligible Promed services

Some treatments, prescription medicines, pharmacy charges, promotional packages or third-party services may be excluded.

All medical and aesthetic treatments remain subject to an appropriate consultation and assessment. Building a Wallet balance does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be clinically suitable.

Important Information

Monthly Payments

• The minimum monthly Direct Debit is £25.
• Payments are added to your Wallet after they have been successfully collected.
• You can increase or reduce future monthly payments by contacting the clinic.
• You can cancel future Direct Debit payments at any time.
• Cancelling your Direct Debit does not automatically close your Wallet.

Your Paid Balance

• Your payments are converted into prepaid Promed clinic credit.
• Clinic credit can be used only for eligible services supplied by Promed Health      & Derma.
• Clinic credit is not a loan, financial product or interest-bearing savings account.
• No interest is paid on your balance.
• Credit cannot normally be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
• Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Reward Credit

• Reward Credit is promotional credit provided by Promed.
• Reward Credit has no cash value.
• Reward Credit cannot be transferred, withdrawn or refunded.
• When a Wallet payment is lawfully refunded, any related Reward Credit may be removed.
• Paid credit will normally be used before promotional Reward Credit.
• Reward Credit cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers or generate further Reward Credit.

Prices and Appointments

• Services are charged at the price applicable when the treatment is booked or provided.
• Having sufficient Wallet credit does not reserve an appointment.
• Normal booking, deposit and cancellation policies continue to apply.
• Additional payment will be required where the cost of treatment exceeds the available Wallet balance.

Transfers

• Wallet balances are personal to the registered patient.
• Balances cannot normally be transferred or sold to another person.
• Promed may consider exceptional transfer requests at its discretion.

Changes to the Scheme

Promed will provide reasonable notice of any material change to the Wallet scheme. Changes will not remove paid credit already held on the patient's account.

Example

A patient pays £50 per month into their Promed Wallet.

After four successful payments:

• Patient contributions: £200
• Promed Reward Credit: £5
• Total available Wallet balance: £205

After twelve successful payments:

• Patient contributions: £600
• Promed Reward Credit: £15
• Total available Wallet balance: £615
